Services…

Consultation & Proposal – The initial meeting will be 1-2 hours. We will do a walk-through, looking at each room through a “buyer’s eyes.” We will give you an objective, honest and expert analysis of what needs to be done to make your home more appealing to buyers. Assessing things like color, furniture placement and accessories that may be purchased or rented from us to make a positive first impression. Included with the consultation, Stage2Impress will provide you with a written report with the changes that need to be made for a faster sale.

Half Day of Staging – This service is for the home that is almost ready to show. We will improve furniture arrangement, placement of pictures and accessories. We will enhance each room, making it warm and inviting thus increasing the emotional connection for the buyer. We will work with what you currently have, and incorporate other pieces from our inventory to further enhance your home. This can help gain a quick sale and the highest dollar amount for your home.

Full Day of Staging – This service is for the home that requires more time and attention and takes place after the staging consultation. We will spend a full day making dramatic transformations. You won’t believe the total transformation that can occur after just one day. At the end of the day you will have show-ready home photos for your agents. 

Vacant Home Staging – If your home is vacant or sparsely furnished this service is for you. It includes consultation, supervision of furniture delivery and placement, staging and de-staging. We will work with you to determine your budget and get the best price for all the rental furniture and home accessories needed. Once staging is complete, we will provide you with gorgeous after photos. The price for this service varies depending on the size of the home and rental items required. 

New Listing or Open House Staging Weekend – This service is for homes that are just about ready to go on the market. A Stage 2 Impress consultant will spend two days prior to that weekend transforming your house into a buyer’s dream home. Our services include rearranging furniture, removing unneeded items and taking out the clutter. Most of the time you will be using what you already own and will only have to spend a minimum amount to transform the room. To get top dollar, every home should go through our complete home staging transformation before being listed!

Shopping Services $75 Hr 2hr/min – We will create a budget and shop for the accessories with our “Designer Discount” that you will need as an investment in the sale of your home.
